Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer free shipping on eligible orders or promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
International Shipping
At present, Grabday ships only within India. We plan to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.
